My Story

My practice is based in a peaceful garden studio set in the grounds of a beautiful Suffolk cottage, a space that feels quietly held by time and nature. It is here that I offer treatments shaped by years of study, travel, and deep respect for traditional healing arts.

Much of my training comes from South East Asia, where I lived for many years immersed in ancient therapeutic traditions. In Cambodia, I had the fortune of learning Shiatsu hand-on-hand with blind therapists, an experience that profoundly shaped my sensitivity to touch and energetic awareness. In Thailand, I trained as a Thai practitioner, gaining the tools and discipline of this dynamic and deeply restorative bodywork.

Holistic Therapy later allowed me to weave these influences together into a thoughtful fusion of approaches — intuitive, grounded, and tailored to each individual. Complementing this path, I trained to Master level in Japanese Reiki and now teach Reiki at all levels, supporting others in discovering their own connection to healing energy.

I am deeply inspired by the energy of ancient healing — traditions passed from hand to hand. My work honours those lineages while creating a calm, nurturing space where balance can be restored.
