Level 1 – Shoden (First Teaching) This course teaches Japanese Reiki, with a spiritual lineage traced back to Mikao Usui in both its original and later forms. Including the home study element, the training is equivalent to approximately two full days. What’s Included - A comprehensive manual and supporting materials for home study. - Audio resources and guided meditations - One practical face-to-face training day - Reiki First Degree (Shoden) Certificate During the face-to-face training day, you will receive three Japanese Reiki attunements/empowerments, connecting you to the Reiki energy. You will learn how to: * Work with your own energy in different ways * Sense and feel both your own energy and the energy of others * Practise traditional Japanese energy meditations * Balance your energy system and strengthen your ability as a Reiki channel. These techniques can be easily incorporated into everyday life. Perfect for anyone seeking personal healing, stress relief, or the start of a holistic path. £90 deposit, remaining balance to be paid via bank transfer one week in advance of training.
